SITE LOCATION
CONCEPT : The concept of dynamic and movements of buildings represent the evolution, motion, progress and continuous development of human being physically and spiritually. This is used to promote the exploration of new business opportunities through our district.
The movement makes the buildings/ the projects as attractive and distinctive signs in their location along road 90, as well as overall Egypt. This reflects on the users in breaking the monotony and boredom, spreading the spirit of vitality, excitement, and pleasure.

Therefore, the building turns from the state of stability to an active building that interacts with the inside and outside together.

MASTER PLAN
The Ark Business District is a state-of-the-art, integrated office complex that weaves together functional and aesthetic attributes in a modern work area. Several flourishing piazzas sit on the ground level of The Ark Business District, boasting a commercial area underneath 11 sprawling office buildings. The commercial area includes high-end retail spaces, restaurants and cafés, as well as recreational venues.
Offices are your home away from home that houses your dreams, aspiration, and grit for life.
DYNAMIC OFFICE BUILDINGS
The office buildings feature spacious terraces overlooking sweeping panoramic views of the surrounding area; the offices have been designed to bring the outside in. The 4m high ceilings allow for all office provisions, while glazed walls allow natural light to flood your workspace to energize and refresh you.
INNER PIAZZA EXPERIENCE
We make sure that all our districts are treated as livable experiences and not just as administrative buildings. High-end retail brands and world-class global cuisines meet in this thriving commercial space, pulsating with a vibrant energy. The commercial area enjoys a spacious boulevard that cuts through the retail strip, while abundant green spaces and delightful water features add to The Ark Business District's recreational experience. The space is designed to promote ease of movement, relaxed circulation, and a sociable communal feel.
Retail tenants are provided with back of house areas, for all units, which include storage and loading docks. These areas are conveniently located adjacent to each unit.
Bridge Offices
Introducing our innovative Bridge Offices for the first time ever in a business complex with areas ranging from 3,000m2 to 5,000m2. The unique floating offices are suspended between two buildings, consisting of two floors with an internal private entrance and overlook Road 90 and the piazza.
Loft Offices
Loft Offices encompass large, flexible, open spaces, without internal walls spread across two floors ranging from 300 m2 to 1,100 m2. The two-story offices are designed with unique double-height ceilings, and feature double-height glazed walls with façades overlooking exciting views.
Penthouse Offices
The luxe Penthouse Offices range in area from 1,350 m2 to 2,000 m2. Located at the top of each building, Penthouse Offices feature private open-sky courtyards within the office complex, acting as a breakout area for building employees. Brimming with lush greenery, these courtyards bring the outdoors and natural light into the office. Penthouse Offices also feature all-around roof decks with 360o top views. Interiors feature glazed wall façades overlooking the private wrap-around terrace.

Welcoming you with the utmost luxury, each fully finished double height grand entrance is designed with the most premium finishing specs. Walking into any building at The Ark Business District offers an unparalleled opulent atmosphere.
Offices
To cater to the different types of business and their needs, we have developed a diverse range of office spaces and configurations. Most offices boast outdoor terraces, as they look over either The Urban Park, Road 90 or the piazzas. The 4m high ceilings and glazed walls of our offices provide an airy and breathable mood, as natural light floods the space, and the open views provide a relaxing atmosphere for employees due to also having an average distance of 8.4m between each pillar. The entrances of buildings are comprised of 8m height ceilings giving a grandeur feel.
